Raymond
Small Town Feeling

Raymond is known as a town that LOVES their sports. From the extremely competitive “Sugar Bowl” high school basketball tournament that occurs each year to their rugby and football teams, Raymond is always “the town to watch” for many, many elementary to high school range sports! If you are a sports family this town could be a great fit for you!
Mcgrath
Magrath is a town of about 2500 people located right between the city of Lethbridge and the town of Cardston. Here you will find the friendly Blue Goose gas station, the Rooster grocery store, a post office, the Fish Pond outdoor green space and nature trails, schools, shops, a senior centre, a retirement home (The Diamond Willow), and so much more! Consider moving here if:
- You are looking for a town with a slower, inviting, atmosphere with community, sports, and family at its core!
- You prefer small towns that still have some of the basic necessities.
- You wish to live about 20 minutes from the city of Lethbridge.
- You are looking for a great school for your kids!
Cardston
Cardston provides a wide variety of housing options, but overall is an extremely affordable place to live! Homes here range from condominiums to single family detached new builds (around the golf course). There are many older homes with character in Cardston, but there are also many newer properties being built and renovated each year!

Cardston is a place where young families and retirees make up the large majority of the population. Cardston is a cozy, peaceful town, well known for its hospitality to all. It has great schools and is just a short drive from the mountains! If you are looking for a town with a “laid back” atmosphere, Cardston could be the place for you!
